You must be at least 18 years old to access and use Datagram’s services. Users must not reside in or be subject to sanctions from the U.S. Department of Treasury’s OFAC or other similar sanctions lists. Additionally, to access Datagram’s services, you must:
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract as per the laws in your jurisdiction.
• Not reside in restricted jurisdictions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or sanctioned regions in Ukraine.
