Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the Datagram Node Giveaway. Users from countries or entities on OFAC sanctions lists, or residing in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or sanctioned regions of Ukraine, are not eligible to participate.
Employees, affiliates, or representatives of Datagram are not eligible to participate.
To enter, participants must provide their full name and valid email address. By entering, participants consent to the use of their data solely for the raffle’s purposes and in accordance with Datagram’s Privacy Policy.
• One winner will receive a Datagram NFT license for a full core node.
• Only one entry per person or entity is allowed. Multiple entries by the same individual or entity will not increase chances of winning.
• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via email within [X] days of the draw date. Winners must respond within [Y] days to claim their prize.
All personal data collected for the giveaway will be used solely for the raffle and in line with Datagram’s Privacy Policy [insert link].
By entering, winners consent to the use of their names for promotional purposes if they agree, without additional compensation.

Datagram is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or any disputes arising from participation in the raffle.

These competition terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
